TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms for using Scout.
These Terms govern access to Kanpa Scout. Scout is automated research software for crypto markets and is operated by Nico Bachmann, Bahnstrasse 59, 3008 Bern, Switzerland. Questions and support requests can be sent to support@kanpa.xyz. By using Scout, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Research & Risk Notice.
1. The service
Scout discovers, filters, researches and monitors crypto projects using automated systems and third-party data. Features, supported networks, methodologies and availability may change as the product develops.
2. Research, not personalized advice
Scout provides general research outputs using the same methodology for users. It does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, custody or trade execution. CALL, SCOUTING, WATCH and REJECT are Scout research classifications, not instructions to buy, sell or hold an asset. See the Research & Risk Notice.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, account security and use of Scout. Crypto assets can lose all value. You should independently verify information that is material to a financial decision.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures.
- Do not use Scout to disrupt the service or interfere with other users.
- Do not resell, systematically scrape or redistribute Scout outputs as a competing service without permission.
- Do not use Scout in violation of applicable law.
5. Accounts and access
Access may require an account and one-time sign-in code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Kanpa may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.
6. Paid plans
Scout Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. The applicable price, billing period, included features and recurring nature of the subscription are shown before purchase. Checkout provides electronic confirmation after purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through Scout's Billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; any mandatory refund, withdrawal or cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Data and third-party services
Scout depends on external market, blockchain, website, social and infrastructure providers. Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or wrong. Third-party services may also change or stop operating without notice.
8. Availability and changes
Scout is provided on a developing, as-available basis. Kanpa may modify, add, remove or discontinue features, methodologies and data sources. Planned and unplanned outages can occur.
9. No guarantee of results
Kanpa does not guarantee that Scout will identify every relevant project, detect every risk, remain error-free or produce any investment result. Historical performance information is not a promise of future performance.
10. Privacy
Information about data handling is in the Privacy Notice.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Scout develops or legal requirements change. Material changes that affect an active paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.
