4. Service providers
Scout uses third-party infrastructure and data providers where needed to operate the service, including hosting, authentication/database, email, market and blockchain data, social-data providers and payment processing. Those providers may process limited data on Kanpa's behalf or as independent providers under their own terms.
5. Cookies and local storage
Scout may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, product functionality and a random anonymous analytics identifier used to count aggregate product usage. Kanpa does not intend to add non-essential behavioral advertising or marketing tracking without first implementing the appropriate transparency and consent controls where required.
6. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, account, contractual, accounting and legal requirements. Different categories of data may have different retention periods.
7. International processing
Some infrastructure or service providers may process data in more than one country. Where required, Kanpa will use the legal safeguards applicable to the relevant transfer and provider relationship.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You can submit a privacy request at support@kanpa.xyz.
9. Security
